S.O.S. and Foundation Day
S.O.S. members took part in the Annual Foundation Day celebrations in Springwood on Saturday, 4th April 2009. The S.O.S. stall, next to the railway, was kept very busy with many visitors asking about the state of play in the Springwood Revitalisation process. S.O.S. members handed out the current newsletter to many participants as they wandered along Macquarie Road.
When the parade got underway, S.O.S. members assisted as marshalls, assisting the SES in the smooth movement of the floats along the main street.
